Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the garment in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the item is securely folded to prevent creasing during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our master tailors inspect the returned item for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
